This Web-service is made for on-line OCR (optical character recognition) of images made with a built-in camera of cell phone or other mobile device and its translation from one language to another.

The service name MOCRT formed from the first letters of words Mobile OCR & Translation.

This service is useful for students who have difficulty in preparing for the exam, but having the opportunity to use a camera of cell phone, for tourists, who were abroad and did not have sufficient knowledge of language, but again, having a cell phone with a camera and connection to the Internet, for Lawyers and journalists, performing work with documents in a foreign language having very short time and under conditions of limited access to other technical means, except for his own mobile.

It will be useful also for other representatives of the large army of the holders of modern mobile devices.

The MOCRT is made with using of Cuneiform OCR system.

A translation of the recognized text makes with a request to the service TRANSLATE.GOOGLE using external API provided by this service.
