We are introducing you to a completely new and unique service for cell phones and other mobile devices. This is on-line optical character recognition (OCR) from an image made by the built-in mobile camera and its translation from one language to another.
This service is equally useful for students who have difficulty in preparing for the exam, but having the opportunity to use a camera of a cell phone, and for tourists, who were abroad and did not have sufficient knowledge of language, but again, having a cell phone with a camera and connection to Internet (GPRS or 3G).
It will be useful and other representatives of the large army of the holders of modern mobile devices.
Translation of the recognized text makes with a request to the server of GOOGLE translation service (translate.google.com) via the special API.

To use the service, go to the address by typing it in the address bar of mobile browser. Then just follow the instructions of an intuitive interface, or read the instructions for using this service at this link.
Image containing the text and uploadable via this interface must correspond to the advices, which should be available at this link. A non-compliance with these advices may lead to lower quality of recognition and translation.
Although the MOCRT software produces pre-processing images made from a mobile camera to most improve the quality of photography and subsequent recognition and translation, you should remember only one simple thing:
